Your contract provides all the details of how we support the way you use our services. Schedules 2, 3 and 4 of your contract describes all the services you use, the service levels we guarantee and the fees you pay for the support.
||Most services have standard prices and are described on the service pages in the menu above. They provide telephone and email support for staff of the client's organisation in all aspects of operating the services and adapting them to the client's business needs
||These services require support outside normal working hours or for third-party users of the site
||These services are not usually needed on a regular basis or are specific to individual client's needs. They are generally technical or administrative labour resources
