This allows checking of the status of a single member on a website. Users can search for a membership by name, assurance number or postcode. Results are shown through a simple 'traffic light' system, giving an instant indication of their assurance status.
online tracker
Subscribers to the online tracker can tag all the scheme members they regularly check. The tracking wizard lets them view a single report for all their tagged members giving an instant overview of all their assurance statuses.
offline tracker
Subscribers can download an offline application to install on their own computer. This allows them to download the status details of all their tagged members and access it at any time. The download can also be used to connect to the data with other software applications.
tracker alert
Subscribers receive tracking email alerts. If the status of any of their tagged members changes, they will receive a daily alert containing the details.
