Set up data inboxes to allow your data suppliers to easily send data for import via email and integrate with their automated or manual processes. Data suppliers get automated email alerts to confirm successful submission.

Filters transform the supplied data into a common consistent format suitable for integration. These run on many different import sources, such as databases, spreadsheets or text files.

monitoring, validation and alerting

Imported data is checked against a set of validation rules. Data suppliers receive automated emails alerting them to any issues with their data submission. In addition a data supply threshold can be set and monitoring emails are sent if a supplier fails to provide a sufficient number of updates within the defined timescale.

Management reports can be generated for administration staff to show the frequency and quality of the data supply.
