e-fficient Wound Care
In 2009, Coloplast UK working closely with an expert panel of Tissue Viability experts developed the e-fficient® National Wound Assessment Form. It was designed to represent a solid foundation for good practice, whilst setting a high standard for clinical documentation of wound care.
The forms collect data using a digital pen and paper (DPP) solution provided by Longhand Data. Working in partnership with Longhand we created the online database and management portal for users of the e-fficient wound care service.
