Following completion of the project plan, we support you in three areas:

  1. connections, hosting and back-up of your data and the maintenance of software on an internet server
  2. software you licence from us
  3. online, email, telephone and automated support from our administration and engineering staff. 

Support though is always more than helplines and software.  The aim of our support services is to reduce costs to the client, increase efficiency and identify service improvements that are easily affordable.  It is the long term that always matters to us.  Thus we regularly review the support arrangements you receive, the reports you get, the issues you contact us about, the time and resources we need to resolve those issues.

Support is priced by the individual services you receive.  These prices are standard across all our clients.
