We provide IT services. When we deliver those services, the client needs to be assured that they own any data involved and that all their ideas and design input remains their own. This assurance is unequivocal and covered by our contract offer and confidentiality agreement.
Any design work, content or software that we develop during the project is also exclusively yours. However, this software is only useable within our server and software environment. We do not produce IT services that are transferrable to other hosting or service companies. Nevertheless, software or content developed specifically for you is exclusively for your use and you are free to disclose that data to third-parties.
In practice therefore, the software that we supply is nearly always licenced to you and owned by us. You own all the data and a set of web-pages that bring together and navigate various software functions that we provide under licence. The look, navigation and design templates are all exclusively yours, we do not copy them or use them elsewhere.
