We follow the same process for all of our new clients. Here is an outline of how it works so you will know what to expect if you decide to work with us:
First let us know how to get in touch and we will contact you to discuss the objectives of your project, your user requirements, your budget and your timescales. From these, we will be able to advise on the feasibility and merits of using our services for the project, including our view of the benefits but also with risks as to performance, cost and timescale. There is no charge for this service.
Where we have an agreed requirement, we develop a fixed-price proposal for the work required to deliver the project and support you thereafter. The proposal includes a task-by-task breakdown of the work to deliver the project and an itemised list of support services you will receive after delivery.
The project delivery is usually paid for during and on completion of the work, the support services by regular quarterly payments. All the legal cost and timetable details are provided in the contract we prepare for your acceptance.
