project design and delivery

On acceptance of a contract, we follow the plan contained in your proposal.  This spells out the performance requirements and the timescales that we are to achieve on the project as well as the costs, warranties and on-going support arrangements.

Where changes to requirements or timescales are needed (and they generally are when the implications of the system has been assessed across the client's business) our priority is always to offer a solution without an increase in costs. Usually this is done by giving more time to the project, where this can not be done price increases would need to be agreed by you just as in any commercial contract.  Generally though giving time to understanding how our services fit with your business needs is the key to value for money.

Payment for the project work is due once acceptance testing has taken place.  These tests may be defined in the original proposal or agreed with the client as part of the project. There is then a phase of training and integration that takes place prior to the client using all the services in full.
